Lane 3 corresponds to amplification with DSs-MA2 specific-conserved oligonucleotides, from β-carotene hyperproducer species. Lane 4 corresponds to amplification with DSs-MA2 specific-conserved oligonucleotides, from β-carotene non hyperproducer species.
