Growth of H. elongata on solid and in liquid MM63 minimal medium, low-phosphate version supplemented with NaCl and LiCl as indicated. Growth quality judged from colony size and microscopic behaviour: +++ very good, ++ good, + poor, (+) survival, - no growth.
